Long week

Pretty long week already.  Have built three new computer for my uncle.  He wanted everyone not only to look different, but to be used for different things. So last week I spent a lot of time on the phone with him and the parts store to get what he wanted.  The the last few days I have gotten them all together, and now it is time to get them running and testing them and making sure everything is in working order.  Its easy to build a computer, but it does take some time.  The longest part is testing and updating software and drivers.

This Week!

This week is a very hectic week. Not only do I have to get working on the essay paper, but my work from my other classes as well. Even with all that going on i still have to find time to keep up on my computer repair work. I have 14 appointments this week and really just no time to get them all in. I plan on just going and picking up most of the computer I have to work on and bring them home. That way I am able to work on other things while I am working on them. I hope the week turns out well, and that I mange my time well enough to get everything done. If all goes as planned at least I should have some free time this weekend.

!!Northwest!!

I want you to write a paragraph that explains why you chose to attend Northwest State Community College. This may mean you have to pick only one overriding factor and focus on that in a paragraph. Do not try to tackle too many reasons in one paragraph.

I decided to attend Northwest State for mainly one reason, that reason being that I was tired of driving to Toledo to attend Owens Community College. Every other day I would have to drive about an hour and twenty minutes just to get there.  On the days that my classes would start at eight in the morning, I would have to get up at about five am. That did not make for a good day in class. After i started here I found that I enjoy being here, but I have found one issue. That issue is that out of my fourthy-seven credits that I had over at Owens, only 7 or them transferred over here to Northwest. Other than that I really do enjoy going hear compared to Owens.

Memory Lane (revised)

During my childhood summer days I would spend every waking moment with my dear friend Lee. He was the old man who lived just down the street from me that would know matter what take time out of his day to watch over so and me me the ropes. As I grew up, he was a person I really looked up too. Each morning I would wake up around 6 am, get dressed and run down the street to his house. By the time I got there he would have most of the things out that we would be using for the day. The first thing we would do is get tiller to the field. Where I can remember riding on the front for hours during the mornings. As I got older and taller, then it was I working the ground. Being able to do someone of the hard work, myself seem to make it just a little bit more enjoyable. After we would work the ground, we would begin to make our rows. Using hand tools and shovels we'd work till all the rows were nice and neat. By this time it was either noon or a little past and time to head back to the house for some lunch. His wife always had a good home cooked meal on the table waiting for us. After we would finish the meal we would help clean up, and then it was time to head back to the Fields. We would then start with the long process of seeding the ground. We also did this by hand. A few seeds at a time we would plant for the rest of the day.  As we were just about finished for the day his wife would always bring us something cold to drink. The hot sun beating down on us all day would surely always take its toll on us. Now that all the work was completed, it was always time to relax and have a bit of fun. There was always something to do after the work was done. Some days we would go out into the woods and do a little rabbit hunting. That was always fun. I remember when I shot my first rabbit. I still have its foot in a box. Other days we would go fishing, which was never good, because I could never catch anything, still to this day I do not catch anything when I fish. One other thing we would do is take the boat out on the river and just float for the rest of the day. Those were some of the best days.

Weekend!!!!

This past weekend I decided to take a drive down to southern Ohio. To a placed called Hamilton Ohio. About  80% of my family lives down there. Looking to get a break from life. Well I get down there after about a four hour drive. Apparently a fender bender backs traffic up for hours at a time.  Anyways I get down there and my uncle comes out of the house and Say's "oh you came to work" Great I thought to myself.  So instead of a nice peaceful weekend away from my own life I ended up putting siding on a house, replacing brakes on all his work trucks, and cleaning all of his computers. Turned out to be a good weekend. Got to see and talk to a lot of family and friends from down there.

Memory Lane!!!!!

For your blog assignment this week you are to describe a vivid childhood memory - you might think of the first time you rode a school bus, of a time when you went to the Principal's office, of a first encounter with a friend, of a first A on a test or paper, of the first time you earned money to buy something you really wanted, and so on. Describe events, people, and places related to the childhood memory so that your reader will be able to feel they are there with you and they will be able to understand why the event was important and memorable

Life

Life, well life is just a little crazy most of the time.  You remember when we thought we had all our ducks in a row. We knew when we were young what we wanted to do.  We thought we had the world by the tail.  Boy how things really change over time.  I never thought life would be so hard after leaving the military.  I never thought that I would ever be in school again.  Here we all are in school trying to make the best out of what we can.  We all have a future, we just don't always know what that future has in stored for us.  Life is crazy, but it worth every minute.

JAIL!!!!!

You wake up in jail and have no memory of how you got there. As you pace around the cell, you find five items in your pocket from the night before. As you look at each piece, the night slowly comes back to you. Write about your night, why you have these five items (and give a detailed description of each of these five items), and how you ended up in jail.

I woke up with a cold chill.  Noticed that I was on the floor.  It was cold, my sight was blurry.  As I began to really come too. I realized I was in a cell.  Looking out the cell door window I could see my buddy over across the hall.  I thought, well it must have been a pretty good night.  As I started to pace trying to figure out what had happen.  I noticed that I still had items in my pocket. Which can only mean one thing. I was pretty wasted when I got picked up last night.  Pulling everything out and placing the items on the ice cold concrete floor. I noticed I had five different things.  I had my cell phone, a camera, a beer cap, wrist band, and a Ford key.  I started thinking, just what in the world did I do last night.  Once again I looked out the cell door window at my friend, and he is smiling with a huge grin on his face.  Oh no I thought.  Trying to piece the night together I turned on my cell phone to see who I called or texted last.  It was my friends number, so that didn't help much.  Took the camera out and started to look through the pictures, wow, did we drink to much last night.  Who are these people I thought to myself.  Coming to the end of the pictures I noticed there was a cop car in the picture.  The car had scratches all down the side.  I looked at the smashed beer cap I had in my pocket and noticed that it too had white paint on it.  Oh man, this is good.  It looks like we not only stole the cop car, that we always scratch the heck out of it.  From the wrist band I could see that we entered the club at 11 pm.  Trying to put this all together.  We started the night out at the club. Apparently had way to much to drink.  When we left the club we saw the police car outside, it was running.  We hopped in and took off.  We drove to the bay, where we always go after a night of drinking.  My friend had the idea to mess up this car, so that is what we used the beer caps for.  That last thing I can remember is we got back into the cop car to finish off the case of beer. We must have passed out just sitting there, and that is how we ended up in jail for the night.
